Who Are We?
ISI is a stock photography agency built by photographers, for photographers. We are a full-service agency have been marketing dynamic imagery of Idaho and directly bordering areas since 2002 to advertising, corporate and editorial clients worldwide. We are a non-exclusive agency, allowing photographers to freely market their images as well.

What’s in it for you?
Simply put, this is an opportunity to promote your photography in a larger venue. ISI will actively market your images five days a week. Coupled with the searchable database, this equates to more images online that are available to art buyers, as well as more name exposure and potentially more sales for your photography. As a stock agent, ISI will provide the following services:

Overnight delivery. When a call comes before 5pm, we will send the images overnight for delivery to the client the following morning.

Marketing. Whether it’s online or print material, ISI will be actively pursuing clients with a well- directed and focused marketing plan.

Maintaining information and image databases. Information collected from daily business operations is extremely valuable in determining what sells and what to shoot. As the digital environment continues to gain force, it is important to have a powerful image database to manage and distribute digital images along with captions and keywords.

Digital Delivery. ISI will transmit images via email, personalized client web pages and we will have an FTP site for delivering high-resolution image files.

Negotiating Usage Fees. Possibly the most important talent of a stock agent is the ability to determine specific usages and negotiate the appropriate fees. In my previous work with Accent Alaska, I view negotiation as my most valuable skill acquired. This is particularly important in complex sales, with multiple insertions, over an extended period of time.

Invoicing. We will be providing invoices that clearly define the client, the detailed use, and the rights granted for each image.

Accounts Receivable. ISI will take care of tracking accounts receivable, performing follow-up calls and collecting all monies owed.

Checking on Usage. We will always ask for samples of images used and verify the usage rights as granted on the invoice. We will make every attempt to send an sample of usage to the photographer as well.

Image Submissions. We will prepare all submissions and send them in clean, clear visual sheets. We will utilize image tracking software and visual confirmation to make certain all images are returned from the client.

Image Distribution. Photographers will have the choice to utilize image portals such as Alamy, Workbookstock and Picturequest by means of the ISI image database.

Our Commitment
There will be no favoritism shown between photographers: we will submit ALL applicable images to a client, and the client will choose. Your images will be cared for and meticulously tracked when sent to clients. We plan to stay abreast of trends in the stock photography industry and make necessary changes as needed.
